i never know what it means.
once a lady called me a porcelain doll, is that a compliment or insult? or is she just saying i’m from China since i look chinese?

Question by : I have 2 antique dolls. How do i price them?
One is made of porcelain and stuffed with sawdust. It has the signature N.Looney on the back in between the shoulders. The other is made of Celluloid. The eyes open and close and it cries. Both are in pretty fair to poor condition but i would like to talk to someone that knows what they are talking about. Thanks

I got a little tiny doll that appears porcelain, it is in a small red adn brown case that is wooden looks like a suitcase the case is about 4 by 6 inches. It has stickers on it that say winter palace luxor, regina palast hotel, and hotel stadt dresden cottbus. The doll is in pink adn white with a little blanket inside the case and another attached to the lid on the inside. Does anyone know where this is from old and possibly a date of its age?

Hey All,
Ok so about me:
I have pale, oily skin. I recently got a sample of Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation (in BONE) and it seems to be going pretty well ! Can anyone recommend a powder that would work perfectly with it ?
Also, What are your thoughts on the China Doll foundation by Napoleon ?
I’m tossing up between these two foundations.

I can dress the doll up in some old cloths of my kids by cutting it out the shape of the doll, but i am not a very good drawer. Where can i go on the internent to draw the eyes nose and mouth on this paper doll. or does anyone have any ideas on how to do the hair and the eyes nose and mouths.
