ok I know that I am more then likly not going to find out the name of this book but I am goint to try anyway, my mom used to have a little hard cover book about a little girl who had a lot of dolls and her favorite one was a tattered and torn doll, I think she might have been wooden… I cant remember the name of the book but she loved that book as a little girl and I would love to find it for her…. again know it isnt much to go off of but if you have any idea’s please let me know…

Question by : Are there any biblical action figures I can get for my nephew?
He kind of likes Action Man at the moment but I think it would be cool if he could learn the bible through play.
Maybe he could have a little John the Baptist with a removable head and a little styling Salome with a platter….?
Or maybe he could have a little group of robed men with bags of realistic stones to through at a cowed, adulterous lady doll?
What do you think. He’s sort of outgrown his wooden ark set now……..

Well, I recently bought a ventriloquist dummy and I believe it to be haunted. It is thin, short and has a evil expression on it’s wooden face. I hear noises at night, but they could be my cats. But it could also be the dummy. All My life I’ve wanted a ventriloquist dummy, a haunted one to be exact. But it’s gone too far. How should I kil it? How do I know if it’s really haunted? Also, when I destroy it how do I keep it’s soul from going into another doll?

Question by T: BJD: Rozen Maiden Doll Case?
I’ve just recently bought my first BJD (a beautiful Luts doll) and I am looking to purchase a wooden case for her. Ideally it would be the Rozen Maiden case, or a dark wood case measuring around 60cm in length. Is there anywhere I might be able to purchase or commission something like this? You could also look on Craigslist or the yellow pages for a carpenter who will build you one.
I have seen some nice ones made out of violin cases too!

Question by curious: What is the name of this line of dolls?
This doll is like a wooden/ black wired doll. She is decorated with black and white polka dots and has pink decorated on it also. It is kind of like an eclectic look. The lady said the name of the doll but I forgot it, it was something like dolly line or something…PLEASE HELPP!!!!

Question by Monica: How can I make a really unique birthday invitation?
I’ve actually done really interesting invitations in the past; I’ve made one where I clipped a doll to it, another where I made it like a brochure and attached a wooden flute to it…Is there anything else I can do ? It’s for a teenage party…

Okay, I love drawing, but I’m only thirteen and I don’t want to splash out for one of those hideously expensive wooden drawing mannequins, so I was wondering if anyone knows of an online doll for this? I want to mainly draw females by the way. Thank-you xx

Answer by IRIS GI can’t help you with the online mannequin, but I do know that if you or your brother has a poseable Spider Man, he would probably work just as well if not better, and probably won’t cost as much as the artist’s mannequin. I got a little tiny doll that appears porcelain, it is in a small red adn brown case that is wooden looks like a suitcase the case is about 4 by 6 inches. It has stickers on it that say winter palace luxor, regina palast hotel, and hotel stadt dresden cottbus. The doll is in pink adn white with a little blanket inside the case and another attached to the lid on the inside. Does anyone know where this is from old and possibly a date of its age?

i have a snow white doll and her prince that are in a box and have never been opened. They are special edition from a while ago. they are both about a foot long
and also, we have an antique little baby bed (for dolls) that is wooden and in very good condition. its probably about 2 and a half feet long
